What is a Behaviour Change Coach?

 

Behaviour Change Coaching is all about improving the results and success of a persons fitness program or diet. All Personal Trainers have a basic understanding of setting goals and designing a fitness program, but without a greater understanding of the mindset, behaviours and habits of the Client the program is likely to fail.

 

What makes the difference in any new program is the mindset of the person having to implement the changes. The Client needs to develop new ways of thinking, form new habits, implement coping mechanisms, create accountabilty and play a part in understanding their goals and what must be done to achieve them.
