Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer
I first started going to the gym about 10 years ago as I was fed up of being slim,skinny and having no strength. The desire to change my body was what gave me that inital discipline to commit to working out on a regular basis. I was also encouraged with the fact that anyone could change and transform their body through following a training program.
Once I started to achieve results from my training my friends and family started to ask for tips and advice on their fitness, and the idea to become a Fitness Professional was born from this.
Over the last 7 years of being a Personal Trainer I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients, helping guide them to reach a variety of goals.
I have worked with clients as young as 13 for sports performance, and I've trained clients in their late 70's that wanted to keep active. I've helped countless numbers of clients lose lb's and get slimmer, and just as many people to get stronger and develop muscle.
Through my years of experience working with people and my continued professional development I have developed an extensive client list and am very often fully booked for 1-2-1 training.
Despite this I am always looking to help people through a number of formats such as social media,blogs and I also offer remote Online Coaching which has seen me develop my client list even further and brought more people success.
I first achieved the industry standard in Level 3 Personal Training and then proceeded to take my qualifications further, I'm now a Level 4 Personal Trainer with all my additional training and qualifications:
